PULSE Practitioners trained in Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

PULSE Practitioners who use Appreciative Inquiry, GHOST, and POWER tools in conversations for building relationships.

PULSE trained Deltas, Change Agents, committed to promoting and building lasting relationships after dispute resolution.

PULSE Practitioners trained according to the use of the principles of the ADR Act, 2010 (Act 798), in the use of mediation and arbitration, in dispute resolution as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism to litigation.

Building Sustainable Relationships through PULSE Conversation in Dispute Resolution.

Mission

To promote the use of the PULSE Conversation Frame, as an effective tool in mediation and arbitration of disputes between parties and build a sustainable relationship between the disputing parties.

ASSOCIATION OF PULSE PRACTITIONERS –GHANA (APPG)

Our Objectives

To promote the use of Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Ghana, with focus on mediation and arbitration, in dispute resolution using the PULSE Conversation Frame.

To put together mediation and arbitration professionals who use the PULSE Conversation Frame as the tool for mediation and arbitration.

To make available to Parties in dispute in Ghana a list of PULSE Mediation and Arbitration Practitioners who have been professionally trained to resolve their differences.

To build relationships between disputing Parties through the PULSE Conversation Frame.

To build relationships between disputing Parties through the PULSE Conversation Frame.

To promote the use of ADR as the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as enshrined in various Acts of Parliament.
