Elom Kudzo Adekahlor is a HR practitioner and a professional Mediator. She currently works with OML Africa, an HR Consultancy as part of HR and Administration.
Through her work schedule, she interacts with people across different sectors, age brackets, and varied professions. Her objective each day is to contribute to a harmonious work environment that will enable workers to give off their best.
She holds a BSc in Food Process Engineering, an MBA in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Ghana, and a Professional Executive Master’s in Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the Gamey & Gamey ADR Institute.
Elom remains passionate about maximizing the potential of human capital and desires to contribute positively to humanity by helping to settle disputes using ADR mechanisms, particularly mediation.
Her areas of specialisation include labour dispute mediation and family dispute mediation, and she is available to offer such mediation services.
