The Liberty ADR Centre has officially opened its ultra-modern Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) facility at Amrahia in Accra, marking another significant milestone in Ghana’s efforts to promote accessible, efficient, and professional dispute resolution services.

The newly opened Centre, which is  is dedicated to advancing the provision of high-quality Alternative Dispute Resolution services to individuals, businesses, institutions, families, and communities.

The facility boasts four multipurpose mediation rooms, a conference room, a modern Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) room, and a roster of fifteen listed professional mediators and arbitrators, making it one of the largest privately operated ADR service facilities in Ghana.

The Centre also operates a second branch at Awoshie and has announced plans to establish a third branch in Dodowa as part of its commitment to expanding access to ADR services across the country.

It was established with the support of the Institute of ADR Practitioners-Africa, which provide advanced training for its listed Mediators and Arbitrators.

Cutting the tape to open the Centre, Mr. Austin Gamey, President of the Institute of ADR Practitioners (IADRP), who served as the Special Guest of Honour, commended the Founder and Management of Liberty ADR Centre for their foresight, commitment, and investment in strengthening Ghana’s ADR landscape.

He noted that the establishment of the Centre represents a significant contribution to the development of ADR in Ghana and would complement national efforts to promote mediation and other non-adjudicatory methods of resolving disputes.

Mr. Gamey, who is also the Chief Executive Officer of Gamey and Gamey Group, expressed confidence that the Centre would play a pivotal role in helping individuals, families, businesses, and institutions in Amrahia and its surrounding communities resolve disputes efficiently, amicably, and cost-effectively.

He encouraged members of the public to embrace mediation as the preferred option for resolving disputes and urged individuals and organisations seeking timely, confidential, and relationship-preserving solutions to patronise the Centre’s services.

Bishop Esther Korkor Wilson, Founder and President of Liberty ADR Centre, in her remarks, expressed profound appreciation to partners, supporters, and stakeholders who contributed to the realization of the vision.

She reaffirmed the Centre’s commitment to delivering professional, ethical, and client-centred ADR services that inspire confidence and promote lasting peace.

“Our vision is to provide a trusted platform where disputes are resolved with fairness, professionalism, and compassion. We are committed to serving the public with excellence while contributing to the growth of ADR in Ghana,” she stated.
