Mrs Valentina Mintah, a dynamic Ghanaian business mogul has been appointed as an Executive Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
She becomes the first black female and the first Ghanaian to serve on the board of the ICC, which is the world’s largest business network spreading over 130 countries.
Among other duties, Mrs Mintah will be responsible for developing and implementing ICC’s strategy, policy, and programme of action, as well as overseeing the financial affairs of the organisation.
Mrs Mintah, founder and former Chief Executive of West Blue Consulting, an ICT organization in Ghana, and a former senior solutions specialist at Crown Agents in the UK, is the second African on the ICC Board, serving along with colleagues from Kenya, Qatar, Italy, Japan, China, Indonesia, and Spain.
She is s specialist in Business Systems Analysis and Design, has worked with major associations like the European Union, United Nations, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. She has founded a number of companies in the Ghana and has been accredited in Africa.
