Kplorla Hoenyefia is both a HR and ADR practitioner, having practiced and gained significant experience in both fields.
She is at present, the Human Resource Manager at Westec Security, a leading private security firm, where she has had to employ her mediation skills to build a harmonious work environment.
The security service industry has more unskilled Labour, as a result of which labour disputes emerge rampantly.
But with her interest in mediation, and specialisation in labour dispute resolution and security sector conflict management, she has helped to facilitate the settlement of various differences in her work and social environment.
She believes in the principle of conflict prevention and early resolution of disputes.
Among other qualifications, she holds masters in Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the Gamey and Gamey ADR Institute, a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Data Link University, and she is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana.
