Helena G. Lamptey is a Professional Human Resource Practitioner with over 7 years of experience and exposure in human resource management. She holds Professional Executive Master of ADR from the Gamey and Gamey ADR Institute, a Master of Science in International Human Resources from the Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Philosophy from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She also holds a professional qualification from the Human Resource Certification Institute, USA as a Senior Professional in Human Resources-International (SPHRi) and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana as a Certified Human Resources Professional.
Helena works as the Human Resources Manager at HPW Fresh and Dry Ltd., the largest dry fruit processing company in West Africa with a workforce of 1300. As an HR Practitioner, she pursued the ADR training programme to gain deeper insight in adopting the use of mediation in resolving workplace disputes.
Since becoming an ADR practitioner, she is more eager in helping staff and management of her firm to resolve their differences, and also assist others from other organisations on how to get disputes settled amicably.
She engages in labour dispute mediation and arbitration.
